I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have...

determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted glovesaver  that the order was not complete and returned it. They responded  earlier today saying they would give a full refund.

I am just waiting to see if this happens.  I have attached proof that the order was returned. I ordered 12 cases but only 3  cases were shipped to fill the order weighing a total of 49 pounds,  shorting me 9 cases of product . I also sent proof of what a case weighs by sending a copy of the end of a case box  plus I sent a packing list from an older order they sent me last year that was 13 cases it weighed  195 pounds for the same exact item number.   

Shorting me 9 cases was not acceptable.
