Glovella is shipping me once a month a product I did not order or agree to pay for.
In January I provided my credit card info to pay for shipping of a "free sample" of Glovella for $4.95 Since then, I've received 3 jars I did not order, at the price of $89 per jar. There's no info provided on how to stop the Glovella from coming or how to return unwanted Glovella for a refund.
I want Glovella to stop sending me a product I did not order, and stop making unauthorized charges to my credit card.

Henceforth, no further payments will be charged from your credit card. No product will be delivered to you that you did not order.

Offer a trial for a few $ then an $82.99 appears and I cancel out of the order but it was not cancelled. Fraudolent billing practices.
I just search for Glovella Scam in google and they have plenty. I order the trial of the Glovella Cream for a few dollars then when I clicked to place the order for the trial, I saw a flash charge for $82.99 so I cancelled. However, they did not cancelled it instead they have charged me a total of $331.96 for their products billing my credit card under different company names. I found their telephone number in your website and called them. I told them that I did cancelled the order. The credit card company said that since I gave them my credit card number I am responsible. I cancelled my credit card and got a new one and they somehow charged my new credit card again. There have been 2 different charges for the past 2 months for $165.98. I never got the free trial but instead charged me $165.98. The first charge for $82.99 twice for a total of $165.98 was from SM*Systechguyslocal on 3/8/18 and the other charge $82.99 twice for a total of $165.98 was from 3/31/18 from GetawayGreyLLC. My Barclay Master Card representative said that since I gave them my credit card information I am responsible. I am a senior citizen on fixed income and I was trying to get the free offer. Can you help? Thank you.
I have two sets of products. I want to return all the products. They have not been opened and they are both sealed. Further more I want them to stop billing my credit card.

I never odered the product, never heard of it or signed up for any free products in anyeay. The package was addressed to me with my last name significantly altered. The packing alip says "thanks for your order
I tried calling phone number associated with this company to find out how they received my name amd address and why was I receiving the product. The phone number is disconnected.
I want to know how they received my name (significantly altered) and why it was sent to me, if they are trying to charge me.

I am not going to give you my information, because I never ordered it to begin with. It came to my address with same first name, but last name butchered. Name on the package was ***.
This is clearly a scam. This happened to other people. Receive a sample, then you charge them. I am watching credit and accounts for fraud, if for some reason you have stolen information. You cannot send people items they didn't order and expect them to pay for them. I paid to have them shipped back to you with tracking of my shipment/delivery confirmation.
