Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Plumbing company was hired to start up the swamp cooler which was not done properly, They are the plumbing company, they should check all line and make sure it working properly, The owner hid behind the receptionist for full business days It wasn't until we threatened legal action that he returned my call To this day doesn't take responsibility for their failures I would recommend you not ever work with the company Its only when issues happen that you realize the integrity of a company I would NEVER SUGGEST you work with this company Sincerely, Danny G [redacted]

We have discussed the issue with both the landlord and the tenant Our plumber did a very nice repair of the leak he discovered in the swamp cooler itself during the start up Unfortunately, there was a leak, or leaks, in the supply lines to the water cooler somewhere between the water
heater and the unit itself, which were not reviewed by our technician Review of these lines were outside the scope of the services and the tenant was instructed of this The tenant ordered the work and paid for it At this time, we were unaware that he was not the owner of the property These leaks in the lines were most likely caused by a lack of proper winterization of the unit, which our plumber instructed the tenant had not been done.When the tenant turned on water to the swamp cooler, leaking water gathered in the ceiling above The tenant did not listen for water or perform other monitoring functions as instructed by our plumber after turning the water on The ceiling caved in as a result of this water.The landlord has requested a refund as well as payment for damage that our plumber did not cause We have offered the refund of the service as we provide a full guarantee of our work performed However, we have refused to pay for damage we did not cause.The landlord has refused to accept our offer and continued to demand payment for repairs for damages that were not caused by our technician I doubt we will come to a satisfactory resolution with this landlord or tenant.As to lack of responsiveness, we were made aware of the situation on Saturday night, and our dispatcher answered this call On Monday, our day staff contacted the customer and dispatched a plumber to review the situation, at no charge We were in daily contact with the customer The owner of Glover Plumbing call the landlord and tenant at their request on Thursday, and again on Friday I'm not sure what better contact we could have provided

I am rejecting this response because: Plumbing company was hired to start up the swamp cooler which was not done properly,  They are the plumbing company, they should check all line and make sure it working properly,  The owner hid behind the receptionist for 5 full business days.  It wasn't until we threatened legal action that he returned my call.  To this day doesn't take responsibility for their failures.  I would recommend you not ever work with the company.  Its only when issues happen that you realize the integrity of a company.  I would NEVER SUGGEST you work with this company.
