I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted]. Ms [redacted] had come to me after being to 3-4 other garages. She told me she needed a [redacted] Injector for her 99 [redacted]. She gave me 2 payments, 1 for $200.00 and 1 for $300.00 for a total of $500.00 for the job. I replaced the [redacted]...
[redacted] Injector and found it to still run rough. I thought it may have been defective, so I took it out and replaced it with another one. That one also ran rough so I paid to have a certified inspector come to take a look and let me know what he thought. He determined that it was a problem inside the motor and not the [redacted] Injector.I feel that I didn’t do anything wrong. I went above and beyond for her. She came to me and said what she needed. I put in the part twice. I paid out of my pocket to have the specialist come and look at her vehicle. The $300.00 that she is requesting is for the part that remains in her car. I spent a lot of time with her and her vehicle. There is nothing wrong with the part I put in her vehicle. The problem is with her cam shaft and that it not a job I want to get involved in.Thank you,[redacted]Owner

I feel Mr. [redacted] explanation is so far from the truth it is unreal! He states he agreed to fix my car for $500.00 all total parts and labor he never gave me anything to show the time spent on it or parts paid for it just the to yellow slips I sent you which I had to make him write his name on otherwise they would have just been two receipts from God knows where I don't know of any other Garage that runs a business like that. As for a specialist he paid for out of pocket I don't believe; polite untruths as he got caught trying to take advantage of a women who trusted he would do what was fair and right He states that the agreement was made for $500.00 whatever he did so he says out of pocket is on him He never called me to discuss further work he just kept putting me off as I called daily waiting for my car always being told this afternoon for like a week until the day he called and said come get your car and had his helper hand me 200 dollars as he scurried off from me he wouldn't even talk to me He is dishonest in my opinion and never kept his end of the agreement If he did all he said he had done where is his proof ? regardless I'm sure he can doctor something up for you now but bottom line he ageed to fix my car as he stated for 500 dollars parts and labor and did not do so he never talked of any other issues until now so I feel he just got caught with his hand in the cookie jar,I learned my lesson and hope he will also have to learn his by paying me back my money.
