The manager didn't tell the truth, I myself spoke with the owner on the same day of the flood and he said $4000, I still have the estimate that the insurance company sent for a very known company and it is $5000.00 plus she hung up on me when I was talking to her and my contractor was standing next to me. My contractor forwarded me all the text messages with the owner and he was telling him exactly the same as I stated her.

The ins company sent the customer a check one > in the > amount of $1,000 and a second check in the amount of $ 7,000 that was > supposed to pay her bill with Glow masters of $ 8,000. The customer > sent me > a check for $7,000. I called here contractor the one I have been > dealing with, advised him that there is till a balance owed to my co > of $ 1000.00, > he said he would have her call me, she called and we talked I > explained her the balance is till owed of $ 1000.00 she argued with > me, I tried to talk with her but she kept talking over me so we did > not get this resolved > over the phone.
