The manager didn't tell the truth, I myself spoke with the owner on the same day of the flood and he said $4000, I still have the estimate that the insurance company sent for a very known company and it is $plus she hung up on me when I was talking to her and my contractor was standing next to meMy contractor forwarded me all the text messages with the owner and he was telling him exactly the same as I stated her
