I received both emails and read the companies response. My complaint is regarding the package I purchase. I bought the package , was not happy and requested my $50 back that is left on the account. The reason I complained is because the person who referred me to this spa bought the exact same package and had funds left on her account and was unhappy with their service as well. When she requested her refunded, she was granted it. All I am asking is for the same . They did not give her the run around, they simply refunded her money. This is NOT resolved until I receive my $50 that I have not used. Thanks for investigating this further. If you need me to provide the persons name, I will be happy to do so.- [redacted]

Review: I was referred to this company by someone who was also getting the same service and paid the same package as I did. She was refunded money from her package of service that was not completed. I paid for this package in May 2013, around the same time the person who referred me started hers. I had five of six facial peels completed from this services and expressed that my face was not improving; as a matter of fact, it was getting worst with breakouts. In December of 2013, I called and spoke to [redacted] at Glow Spa and was told that my $50.00 would be refunded. I did not receive the refund by February 2014 and I called back again. I followed up with [redacted] on June 4 and 11, 2014. Katie told me that I would not be able to have the $50.00 refunded because it was part of this package, however, when I asked the other Glow Med customer if she was told the same, she told me that they did refund her money from the same package. I would like my $50.00 refunded, especially because the company made an exception on this policy with another customer who bought the same package as I did.I do not plan to go back to this establishment.Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my $50.00 refunded to my card as they did with other customers

Revdex.com spoke with[redacted] from the business. She stated that this package was for 6 services. A normal service would cost the customer $75. Since she purchased the package the last 2 services were free. The customer only took advantage of 5 of the 6 services. the comment of $50.00 a service is a way to make better sense of the cost of the service and to see the advantage of purchasing a package over individual services. The customer is not due a refund because of the package price vs. the individual price. If the customer were to break the package she would really own the business for the 5th service, since she only paid for 4 due to the discount of the package. This was attempted to be explained to the customer a few weeks ago.
