Glownar Aesthetics

I purchased (with payments) the 6 in 1 Sollift cavitation system because I am a body contouring technician and the previous machine I had was outdated and had stopped working. I called Glownar and asked if there was an option for me to purchase a new machine for what I needed, based on what I do- keep in mind, I am in Pennsylvania and being a body contouring technician means I am certified to work on the body, not the face. Anyway, I initially spoke with Elizabeth Chavez Soto who was very nice, I was offered this machine and purchased it on 5/13/19. I put $1,100 down and was on a payment plan. I kept stressing that I do body contouring part-time, my business is new, I actually have been living with multiple sclerosis for 18 years and was happy I found something I could do to support my family but I needed to get the payments as low as possible because before things picked up, I am on disability. 1 month later, I already had an issue with my machine. One of the wands that I use was missing a prong that was needed to keep it in place correctly so I was sent another on 6/20/19. I don't know if it was missing from being packed hastily or not. I was sent the replacement. I had a payment plan of $545 which I admit was very hard for me to pay each month and I had to defer payments. I have every intent to pay my balance with my tax return. My issue now is, another one of the wands has stopped working to its full functionality. The vacuum therapy wand has no suction. When I reached out to Glownar on their Instagram page, the person answering their messages was VERY rude and unprofessional and told me, you owe us money, don't contact us anymore until your account is paid. I have copies of those messages as well as inter-company emails I was sent by mistake that was supposed to go to one of their employees with the same first name. This just shows how frivolous these people are behind the scenes. They mispack expensive equipment and speak to customers with disrespect.
