It is very obvious that the kids working at that business were not trained enough to help the customers and answer their question.Most of time the kids working in that business did not know the difference among machines and they were trying to find out exactly like the customers which meant wasting the time allocated to play the games in trials to know which one goes with the card.The one who replied to this complaint assumed that we did not ask at the time!! which is not true because time wasted in asking question.The business was just opened and it is clear that they were not ready yet to start!

We do not agree with this customer and do not agree that any remuneration is due. From our perspective this case is closed and we are not interested in any further response. Thank you.
