I closed on a home that was "flipped" by GLR Investments, on March 20th This house has so many problems, I cannot believe it passed ANY inspection, except that the man that did the inspection was a friend of my realtor, and in hindsight, I believe he was only trying to help the realtor make a sellI honestly don't know what else to believe, outside of he too, didn't know what he was doing, or what to look for during in inspectionI blame myself for not being aware of what to look for, when buying a home, and knowing well that in this day in age, we cannot trust anyone
