They dropped our home renovation project after stringing us along for five months. My husband who has ALS and hoped to get help with getting help with the renovation so the VA would approve . This treatment was very unkind and not professional
We are very sorry for [unfortunate] circumstances that developed as we moved along in the bidding process with this customer. These prompted GLS to make the hard decision to not proceed any further with this VA project at this time. We have worked with other veterans on their projects, and we sincerely love our veterans and are honored to serve them in any way we can. GLS consistently strives for win-win situations for all involved, and with this project we feel our decision was based on what was best for both parties.
