At this time, I have been contacted directly by Gluten Free Palace regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received another package from the company but they still have not contacted me about why the full order is STILL not complete and why things are sent in drips and drabs instead of having fulfilled the order at the requested time I have contacted my credit card company and I am disputing the charges In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Review: I ordered a total of 16 "Raw Wraps" packages [five wraps in each package] (8 kale and 8 spinach). It took a week to arrive and I ended up with a total of 4 kale wraps and 2 spinach. So ten packages are missing. I tried to call them and there was never an answer at ANY of their extensions. I did leave a message once but never received a call back.Desired Settlement: At $9.99 per package, missing ten, I should be refunded $99.99 plus a large part of the shipping costs since I paid for a heavier package. I would also like other consumers to be warned. After doing some research, I can now see that others have experienced problems with this company (as seen on [redacted] and on [redacted])

The order was shipped with 2 products being short in quantity. We've issued a reship and customer claimed he's still not received correct amount. We've issued a refund for all missing products.

We've shipped a total of 6 Kale Wraps and 4 Spinach Wraps which is 10 out of 16. We've issued a refund of $59.94 for the 6 missing packages.

Review: I've place an order from Glutenpalace.com since April [redacted]and even after receiving a confirmation email, my order states that it is still processing. I've made 2 calls to them, the woman said that one of the order was not available and gave me an option. I said yes, I will take that option so that I can get my order asap. On my second call the woman claimed that it was processed but cannot tell me whether my item was shipped out. REALLY? I got angry and asked what kind of business are the running there. It explicitly states on their website that """""When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). """""" Mind you they charged my credit card $110.19 since May **. Today happens to be May 6th. I am furious. Up to now which has been hours since I've placed the **call, I have not gotten an email regarding my order or shipping! The woman told me yesterday that my items would be shipped to me today and that I was going to get an email verifying the change of the waffles, they didn't have original but cinnamon. I went with the cinnamon. They charged me almost $14 for shipping and joking around? If I did not call them, I would be waiting for the next month!!! I am hoping that no one else gets suckered into this.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order would be nice but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. A complete refund is acceptable and I hope that others out there will not get suckered into ordering from this company. What a joke!

Review: I placed an order in December. They shipped out a partial of my order. In January I still had not received the balance of my order and upon checking, it should it had been missdirected. I received a call from a customer service person stated she had sent out 1 of the Challah Bread. However, my order was for a case of six, not a single loaf. When the order came in [redacted], I though wow, this box is small, it should have six loaves of this bread. Sure enough, the lady was right, she only sent 1 loaf and not the case. I contacted them with no response on their email contact on their site. So I filed a dispute with [redacted], and still no response. This is not the first ordered they have messed up, but it is the first one they are ignoring. Very poor company to do business with.Desired Settlement: Either send the balance of the 5 loaves of Challah Bread, or refund my [redacted] account accordingly. There is no shipping as my order in December qualified for Free shipping.

Review: I placed an order online 11/**/13 for gluten free items total of $38.33. Customer # [redacted]. Invoice # [redacted] Their Shipping disclosure on the webpage clearly states:

" We do our best to ship orders within the 1 - 2 business days that we receive them. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority. Some of our products are shipped frozen, depending on the weather and/or distance to travel. All this is done to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. Due to the fragility of our food products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Most products are shipped from our warehouse located in New Jersey. Some of our products offered on our website, however, may be drop shipped directly from the product vendor. In order to avoid products being stuck in transit over the weekend, we may ship orders placed between Wednesday to Saturday the following Monday. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed. It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package on the first attempt. Please be aware that orders placed around major Holidays may arrive with a delay."

On Friday, November [redacted] I called wondering where my order was since over a week had passed ( I did not have any tracking info emailed to me). I seemed to get a run around as to when the order would actually be shipped OR arrive. I requested at that time, since it did not leave 1-2 days after the order was placed, to REFUND my money. After being told they could not do that, I told her I wanted to talk to a manager. She offered to do this, put me on hold, when she came back on the line said she was not able to reach a manager and would have a manager call me. That never happened. As of today, December *, 2013 (almost 2 weeks later) I still have no tracking number NOR did I ever receive the food.Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card

This issue has come to my attention through Revdex.com and I'm truly sorry to hear all this.

We've recently trained a new customer service agent and it seems like that is the representative you spoke to as seen in the order notes, and since some errors were done on our part which is against our business policy. Only managers can cancel orders however although you were told you will be contacted by a manager none of the managers were notified about your complaint and therefore since you did request on a cancellation your order was on hold until now without you or any of our experienced staff being aware of this.

I understand this is unacceptable and we will go ahead and refund you for this order immediately.

We are working on bettering our staff and we've done some changes in our company to better assist our customers.

I hope this refund will do some good on rectifying this situation for you.

Once again what occurred is unacceptable and although such situations rarely happen we will take some extra precautionary steps to further avoid such issues.

You may look our for an email shortly confirming the refund.
