TERRIBLE Communication!!!!! I spent over $for food stuffs expecting them to ship within 7-business daysIt has been more than a monthWhen I used the only contact information available, I have received NO RESPONSES!!!! My first question was weeks agoNo answerMy next question was one week agoNo answerI will be filing a complaint with my bank to refuse payment unless they contact me and fulfill my order within the next hoursI am beginning to be doubtful that they are truly Certified Gluten Free or a real business at all
As a returning customer I was surprised to find a low rating for this companyWhile shipping was slow by the time I contacted the company, they had already remedied the issueThe first shipment was returned to them and so they resent it with about 30% more product and an apologyWhile proactive communication of that would have been nice, the packages arrived the following day The product was good to start with and now two years later, the quality remains So as I look to purchase more, I am returning to them The gluten free certification makes this almost one of a kind And I do and have recommended this business
