Sent: Thursday, April 13, 1:PM Subject: Revdex.com Case [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in regards to the letter our company received todayEvidently an online customer who is unhappy with our publicized shipping policy has issued a complaint against usOf the many things I could say, I would simply like to state that the information that she provided to you is falseIn her statement, Ronna Berezin says, "Owner says he knows this"She is referring to her own subjective opinion of our product, and we in no way have ever agreed with her complaint, nor has the owner of our company spoken with her I would like to add that I have been privy to her complaint when she called our business, and believe that she was dealt with in a very respectful mannerThe truth be known, Ronna Berezin has been calling our office far more than could be considered normal, and sometimes repeatedlyThe first time she called, she kept our very kind and patient representative on the phone for approximately minutes as she discussed the bible with himIn short, we have made every attempt to satisfy her various detailed questions, technical concerns, as well as listen to her storyOddly enough, she never even asked us about the caplet size of the product she is complaining about prior to purchasing themBest Regards, Sally Office Administrator

The customer has been made aware of the refund, and was asked to remove a critical review she posted on DrOsborne's book page on AmazonShe said that she would do so

This is regardless of the fact that we do have an advertised return policy of "30 days unopened." The customer has been made aware of the refund, and was asked to remove a critical review she posted on Dr. Osborne's book page on Amazon. She said that she would do so.

things I could say, I would simply like to state that the information that she provided to you is false. In her statement, Ronna Berezin says, "Owner says he knows this". She is referring to her own subjective opinion of our product, and we in no way have ever agreed with her complaint, nor has the owner of our company spoken with her.   I would like to add that I have been privy to her complaint when she called our business, and believe that she was dealt with in a very respectful manner. The truth be known, Ronna Berezin has been calling our office far more than could be considered normal, and sometimes repeatedly. The first time she called, she kept our very kind and patient representative on the phone for approximately 20 minutes as she discussed the bible with him. In short, we have made every attempt to satisfy her various detailed questions, technical concerns, as well as listen to her story.
