This by far the worst experience I've dealt with business wiseTo make a really long story short this company is as unorganized as they comeI've sent all the required documents months prior to closing on my new homeA couple days after closing I received a nasty email threatening to cancel my policy due to nonpayment and not submitting required documentsI immediately contacted my title company to ensure that they had mailed the checkThey sent me a copy of the check along with invoice to my email showing that it had been paid and deposited by the companyI phoned this company back to which they're response was "well, we don't have it!"I asked them where did they want me to send the documents (again) to which I immediately sentagain! A couple days later my husband receives a nasty email making the same threats for failure to submit the documents! He called them and they claimed to have never received those or paymentAt this point I was getting extremely frustrated since I have most certainly taken care of all this a couple of times now! I sent these documents once more and the proof of their company depositing the check that I had sent weeks priorJust today my husband call me upset because he had received an email once more saying that they still don't have the documentsWhen I got home I found a nasty letter in my mailbox not saying anything about the documents not being received but threatening to cancel our policy due to non-paymentI immediately called the company, and needless to say I wasn't very happy, demanding to know why I had this threatening letterShe claimed that she has no idea why I got it and perhaps I just paid and the letter was mailed priorI found this to be ridiculous and it seemed as if she was just making excuses since the proof of payment clearly shows that the check had been deposited about a month prior and the letter dated only days agoShe began telling me that she is yet to receive our HUD statementwhich is awfully funny being that she received the other documents that were part of the exact same emailI told her that I would send it one more time (being #4) and after that I'm sending it registered mail since no one can get their act straight thereI own my business and if I ran it the way they run theirs I would be out of business! Lucky for them people need homeowners insuranceHorrible, horrible, horrible customer service! Stay away from this company at all costs!

Good morning, I wanted to take a minute this morning to let you know what a great employee and service professional you have with [redacted] Yesterday she helped make a stressful process for me absolutely pleasantShe took the time to give me options, waiting on hold before bringing me on the phone to save my time with the bank, and the best thing was finding out my motivation what was more important to me and working to exceed my needs which she has! It was a pleasure and I hope to work with Insurance Express for a long time to come
