Glvova

On June 4th, I thought I was ordering directly from the brand name of dress (***) but I received notification from my credit card that suspicious transaction had taken place. Since I did make the purchase there was nothing that I could do. So, I researched what happened and noticed I made purchase fro Glvova. I contacted us.glvova.com and tried canceling the order. They couldn’t do that but be patient, so I continued to track the order that came from Hanghou, China and flew into NYC and went to Brentwood, MO and was there for a week. I received a dress 6/26/20. But this dress was of a different brand OXS and different color and pattern without a belt. They have not responded to any of my further requests.

I ordered a shirt from them 04/17/2020

I was charged for the product on 04/20/2020 $17.48.

I was sent a conformation shipping email from them but when I click to find on the progress with the shipment the UPS website states that the USPS is Currently Awaiting Package.

I have emailed them at least twice requesting information on my order, and have received no reply just the tracking number.. but the tracking number.
I called the number on their website to try to resolve this confusion but it just rings and rings and rings.

The $17.48 was charged to my account but I have no product for my purchase and no form of available communication. Today is the 1st of May.. Its been 30 days and no response and no product has been received.
