I enjoy the product, and it has worked very good for me My blood sugar was running between and 500, but with the month supply of glycemate I received from you, my blood sugar has lowed into the 100's I would recommend this product to anyone that battling type diabetes I think it is a wonderful product Thank you ***

Each customer has a chance to read and understand the terms and conditions prior to opening the package. If the customer does not agree with the policy, they can simply return to sender the package. In addition of our policy being on the order page, we also attach a hard copy of the terms on the OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. We have record of the customer contacting our call center on 09/15/14, past her trial period. At this moment, the customer still had possession of the product and contacted our call center past their trial period. With no product returned, we are unable to credit the customer. Had the customer sent the product back, we would have been more than happy to issue her the credit.
 
 
 
We have cancelled the customer's recurring subscription on 09/15/14 per their request when they contacted our call center. They will no longer receive any products or charges from us. Please see attachments of where the customer was informed of the trial charge.

I began taking Glycemate a month ago. Prior to that my sugars averaged in the 220 range. Taking 2 pills with meals, I dropped about 100 points on average. I tried cutting back to 1 pill, but immediately went back to 200+ readingsIt's only been a short time but I am very encouraged to keep going.

My blood sugar was running between 300 and 500, but with the 2 month supply of glycemate I received from you, my blood sugar has lowed into the 100's. The offer for a sample claimed "no obligation".  No "terms" were included with the package.  I contacted them on 11/03 when an unauthorized charge appeared on my card,  I never received a call from "a manager"...the phone number they list is not mine.  I refused receipt of the package and marked it "return to sender" and have NOT received a refund.
 
This "company" is running an internet scam,  They offer a sample and enroll you in a recurring subscription without you knowing it.  By the time you see the charge it is too late...they will not refund.
 
I'm certain this is designed as their business model, and that many others have been duped by them.

After a trial of this product my husband's blood sugar levels are already lower, but more importantly he has stopped being crabby and is his sweet self again. I was impressed with the helpfulness of the PHONE support also.

I began taking Glycemate a month ago. Prior to that my sugars averaged in the 220 range. Taking 2 pills with meals, I dropped about 100 points on average. I tried cutting back to 1 pill, but immediately went back to 200+ readingsIt's only been a short time but I am very encouraged to keep going.

I just wanted to give testimony that before taking Glycemate I was always tired and sleeping too much, Now I have energy to burn, and I'm sleeping better at night. I'm also having less chronic pain. I have Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome etc. So I feel the Glycemate is helping me in so many ways. I also got my mother on it too. I would recommend it to any one. Because it is healing me.

Review: I purchased a sample item with no other conditions. The company enrolled me in a "subscription" I did not authorize, and is charging me for additional items I did not order. They are using my charge card without authorization...will not stop...will not refund.Desired Settlement: Honesty! They are running an internet scam.

I understand the Complaint Involves: Billing or Collection Issues

When the customer placed their order, they had many opportunities to fully read and understand the terms and conditions. The policy is placed in multiple areas of our website so that if any customer needs clarification, it is readily available. In addition, the customer receives a hard copy of the terms and conditions when they receive the package. Each customer has a chance to read and understand the terms and conditions prior to opening the package. If the customer does not agree with the policy, they can simply return to sender the package. By doing so, the package is returned to our corporate office at no cost to the customer.

We offer a FREE 14 day trial from their order date. Due to thousands of shipments being shipped every day, we are unable to track when each customer receives their product. We allow customers to call in and request their trial period to be extended depending on how long shipping took or if customers need extra time to try the product.

Customers are responsible for contacting our call center to cancel prior to their trial ending to not be billed at the end of the trial. Once they are recurring subscription, it is the customer's

responsibility to notify us if they wish to cancel services. The customer contacted our call center on November 3, 2014.They have returned the most recent product and has been credited in full on November 18, 2014. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to process.

Review: On 10/09/2014 I saw an advertising from Glycemate Co.saying that they will send me a trial xample for $3.99. I charged this amount on my credit card. On 10/27/2014 they(Glycemate)withdraw from my debit card $89.95 with out my autorization. I called them and ask why they charged me. He told me that he will send one bottle free. Wich I received. But no refund of my $89.90. I called again and no way to get through by phone. The original order No. 28268 Date 10/9/2014 09:17/pm and the free bottle order No[redacted]date 11/21/2014 at 12:49pm.
