My car started having problem with the transmission around the last week in SeptemberI called for *** *** to come out to get it to see what was really the issue, they said it was the transmission so I decided to get a second opinion and called and talk to the accountant named *** *** and he sent their tow guy to come and get it and gave me the run down that it was indeed the transmission.I asked him to give me a quote on repairs and he quoted me $and said that I got a discount cause Mr*** have did work for others at my employer so I got a discountI decided to let them fix my car and Mr.*** said he had got me Financed with Regions Bank at the amount of $a month for two years so I was ok with that baecause I knew that at the time my credit was fairBut he stated that the bank would not fianced my loan until he ha
On 02/28/took Toyota to bells trans..MontAl...slipping trans...was told repair
cost $to $1800..dependant upon severity of problem..I said ok..warranty to b yrs mi..they called me days later & said Tran repaired would b $2189.76! Was upset but approved work..plus installation of transCooler & valve cover gaskets..picked from up in about days..total cost $2674.85! Trans started slipping b I got home & valve cover gasket leaking oilReturned truck shop in few days..picked it up when they called ...IT WAS NOT FIXED.HAS BEEN INTHEIR SHOP TIMES..NOT FIXED! Lost faith in them...loss of truck use & money causing great strife ...want money back..paid with america xpress
