We were new to the area, the previous owners left the trash can to this business so we just resumed serviceWe moved to our home in August As of today, April 22, we received billWe received notes on our trash can stating at various times that our bill wasn't received, embarrassing! I quickly made arrangements to get our bill paid and asked numerous times to verify our billing address was correctAfter several failed attempts with the owner he left his bookkeeper in charge to confirm everythingShe contacted me via phone and confirmed everything was correctedI asked if they offered online billing or email billing and at the time was told it was in the worksHere we are today 4/22/and our trash was not picked up and I contacted the owner to try to see what the issue was because I noticed all our trash cans were still out at lunch timeHe replied with several rude text messages telling us basically that it was emailed (but couldn't confirm my email address) and also that "I apologize that you can't pay your bills"When we first moved here it was a breath of fresh air to know he communicated with his customers via text but after his lengthy unprofessional message I have now blocked his number and will report him to the police if he sends another message in that manner to me

G & M disposal agreed on $and said once the check cleared the bank he would pick up dumpsterCheck cleared bank on 8/29/It is now 9/9/and dumpster still sits in my drivewayI called and text requesting pick up and he sent me a text that he would pick it up when he felt like it

I do not believe that any further actions, or compromises from G&M disposal will satisfy Ms ***. She was given a discount on her dumpster, and the dumpster was picked up. Contract obligations Fulfilled

Cambria, serif; color: #595959;">The dumpsters I rent are 25yrd dumpsters, not 14.4yrds. There is no false advertising. I have spoken with the complainant and this situation has been resolved in a satisfactory manner for all parties.

We received 3 notes on our trash can stating at various times that our bill wasn't received, embarrassing! I quickly made arrangements to get our bill paid and asked numerous times to verify our billing address was correct. After several failed attempts with the owner he left his bookkeeper in charge to confirm everything. She contacted me via phone and confirmed everything was corrected. I asked if they offered online billing or email billing and at the time was told it was in the works.
