Review: Contractor left my yard torn up putting in French drains in, and never returned to finish. Met at home show in Pittsburgh. Signed contract, paid 60% up front. Called after 4 weeks. Called again after 6 weeks. After 7 weeks, he sent his father over, by himself. He arrived at 1:20PM. Worked until 5:00 and said he needed more fuel to finish. I left and bought a can and fuel, but he did not finish. He said he didn't know when his son would get back to it. I waited 2 more weeks. I then sent an email giving him 10 more days. That passed plus a week. Not a single word. I will now have to spend time and money completing the work they started.Desired Settlement: I think all residents in the area should be warned about his business practices. We were told by his Dad that our job was "too small to be worth the effort." It will cost me a lot to finish the job he started. I would like a refund of $600 and an apology.
