The car was not fixed properly the first time which is the transmissionThe transmission had to be taken in a second time to get fixedI paid $for the rebuild the second time and the issue arise againThe company GM expert is blaming me saying that I am the one who brought the transmission insinuating that I was filling out in the car which none of that is true they are trying to charge me again a third time to get it fixedI feel that this is taking a vantage of the customer I would like this matter resolved

My name is *** ***I have not heard anything regarding my complaint against GM Expert'sTo follow up on my complaintI took my car to the local GM dealership last weekThey confirmed that my car has a severe oil leak coming from the front engine coverThis cover was accessed by GM
Experts when working on my carThe quote given to me by the dealership is around to repair the oil leakAdding to this, I have to pay a company to clean the drive way at my rented house which has become saturated by engine oilThe property that was supposed to have been turned over to me when I picked up my car still has not been returned to meI did send a certified letter requesting these partsThis letter was my second attempt communicating my wishes to the owner of this establishmentI can give you a copy of the repair estimates as well as dozens of pictures showing the sever oil leaks and still missing parts to the engine

I first found GMEXPERTS.COM while looking at CraigslistCraigslist is full of "Mobile Mechanics" who typically don't answer their phones but rather return calls from caller I,D.'sI found there are only a handful of brick and mortar car repair shopsGMExperts.Com checked out on the Revdex.com with an A+ rating and other positive comments on the web
My personal experience is that of positive shockI found an honest mechanic! The owner, Corey, fixed my A/C issue I was having and really did charge but a fraction of what a dealer would chargeSure the guys at the chain stores are a friendly, charismatic lotbut they also are all about writing a big repair ticket for commission
Do yourself a favor and check this business outThey really did charge a low, fair price

We did submit a response offering to pay to tow the vehicle back to our shop to repair the leak and install the ground strap that was not installed. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are happy to honer our warranty.

Experts when working on my car. The quote given to me by the dealership is around 750.00 to repair the oil leak. Adding to this, I have to pay a company to clean the drive way at my rented house which has become saturated by engine oil. I brought my 2005 Cadillac Deville to Mr. Taylor in Nov, 2016. It was towed all the way from Casa Grande for evaluation for a no start condition. Mr. Taylor deceived me into thinking the evaluation and possible repairs would cost around a thousand dollars. By the time it was all said and done the bill was well over 2,500.00. Mr. Taylor took it upon himself to do the following without my knowledge or consent:

1. Instead of installing re manufactured heads on my car Mr.Taylor used salvaged heads he found in his storage that still needed work. Plus the heads came off of some vehicle a year older than mine. Then charged me for repairs required on those salvaged heads.

2. Mr. Taylor installed brand new spark plugs (even though mine were new) without

my consent.

3. Mr. Taylor installed a motor mount without my consent.

4. Mr. Taylor installed a coolant reservior without my consent, which he was forced to take back off.

5. Mr. Taylor did not supervised his un qualified workers while they worked on my vehicle. These workers forgot to install vital grounding straps and other important hardware needed to support engine cooling and fuel rails.

6. Even though Mr. Taylor prides himself as a GM Cadillac Master Technician, he failed to supervise his mechanics and making sure that all charging systems were functional before re installing the vehicle's engine. The results were the following.

A. The alternator was suspected of being bad.

B. Mr. Taylor proceeded to try and charge me for a new alternator $260.00. I checked around. A comparable alternator costs only $110.00. This was over a 100% mark up. To add insult to injury Mr. Taylor tried to sell me a Used alternator for $100.00.

7. Mr. Taylor has not returned all of the parts not used in the repairs. This included my old heads.

8. I am now forced to take my vehicle to the GM dealership for re inspection and have all of the missing parts installed. All of which I'm now having to purchase.

My Cadillac was overheating and I found [redacted] through a referral. I had been to 2 dealerships and they were quoting me over $2,500 to fix the engine. [redacted] found the problem and fixed it for less than half the cost.

Since then I've gone to him for repairs on my cars and Hummer. Every single time he has been honest and only done the work needed. I feel fortunate to have found a guy that's a GM Certified Mechanic AND who is honest and guarantees his work!

I would not take my vehicles to anyone else. Do like I did. Go to your dealership first and get a quote. Then go see [redacted]. You will not only save a lot of $$$ but you will meet a really nice guy who is an expert on GM vehicles.
