Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [letter didnt address my refund for there ATM fee in order to purchase with cash also didnt address statement of policy , also the rudness of there employees and lack of knowledge especially the management she was the one that indicated and mentioned " in our policy" I believe in the cunusmer proctection act A customer does have the right to obtain a copy of a policy, if not then how would a customer know if the employer or employee is quoting the policy I want my [redacted] refund back for using there atm machine where they receive payment for having one in ther establishment do they are getting paid by having customer obtain cash withdrawls in order to obtain lower price for gas so they are having the customer pay fees] Regards, [redacted]

As you indicated in your statement to the Revdex.com, our price sign clearly stated that Credit
Card/Debit received one price and Cash/Chevron Cards received a lower posted price.
Banks charge a fee to retailers on Credit Card and Debit Card purchases. Conversely,
when a customer pays with Cash or a Chevron Branded Credit Card, no fee is charged
to us as the retailer. Thus, we are able to pass this savings on to the consumer with the
lower posted price on Cash and Chevron Branded Credit Card purchases. We, as a
retailer, want to pass this savings on to the consumer, but are only able to do it on
payment types that do not charge us a fee.
I apologize that we were not able to communicate this effectively to you at our site or
over the telephone. Customer service is very important to us and we strive to deliver
the service that our customer's expect from a premium brand. I hope that my explanation has helped to remedy any concern you may have had regarding our pricing.By law we are not required to provide you with a copy of our internal policy.

clarification. We trust that future encounters at our fueling stations will be pleasant

Review: I went to put gas in my truck on the sign it stated debit and credit card price of gas $3.25 and Cash was $3.15 I used my Debit card which is the same as paying by cash. when I went to the cashier she said that debit is not concidered cash and I wasnt entitled to the lower gas price. I then asked for a copy of there policy stating that debit is not considered cash. I was then needing to pay for ATM fees of 2.50 to obtain the cash for the lower gas price. I asked to spk with manager however she didnt know anything, so she called her boss marco, he told me to contact eriberto at 714-375-6311 he answered to phone and I explained the issue he stated that due to being chaged fees for the debit it was not considered cash I asked him for a copy of the policy stated that he told me your not getting it. I explained that it is by law that if a customer asked for a copy of the policy to show fact that it is int policy that it was to be given. he told me your not getting it and hung up on me. called back spk with Sandra said she cannot help me when I requested to talk with the CEO or VIP.Desired Settlement: refund of my 5.00 ATM Fee and a copy of the pokicy.

Review: This gas station advertises if you pay with a "Chevron" credit card or cash you get one price, if you choose to use another credit card or debit card you get charged a different.When I was pumping my gas (using my Chevron card) I noticed a higher price on the pump, when finished I went inside and brought it to the attendant's attention, I even showed her the Chevron card I used, it even says that I used a Chevron card on the receipt, I asked here why I was charged the higher price and her answer was "some cards do that" I pointed out again that this was a Chevron card, she didn't care, basically told me to call Chevron which I did and they basically told me that this station is independently owned and its pretty much up to what ever they want to do. If that's the case then this station is likely doing this to everyone that rolls in there with a Chevron card, they need to take down there sign then.The price for "cash or Chevron card" today was $3.499 and I was charged $3.599, I got 10.005 gallons of gasDesired Settlement: This lady need to honor my request for a refund, I have my receipt that I got at the pump and the one the attendant gave me. Please let me know how I obtain my refund ThanksKenny This is not about the $1.00, its about someone just ripping people off,
