I reached out to Ms [redacted] on 1/29/2018, 1/31/2018, and 2/1/I was able to speak with her on January 31, I advised that our Billing Department had confirmed that there was a $authorization, but not a charge for service from a request on 9/28/Service was never dispatched at the timeThe authorization should drop off her accountIf her bank is showing a charge, I requested a copy of an account information statement, so our Billing Department can proceed with a further investigationI provided my contact information for her to reach meI left a voice message on 2/1/as well with this information

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have several pictures and talked to the dealership showed them the vehicle the straps were over tightened on my vehicle This can cause the damage where straps The towing company sent to tow my vehicle has a d rating at the Revdex.com of floridaThe company s avoiding service on lawsuit filed in [redacted] county FloridaThis company hires d rated tow truck drivers and then doesn't stand behind there damagesI have also filed with [redacted] county consumer affairs Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Although the company couldn't be bothered to contact me at all outside this Revdex.com response, and has simply hidden behind the response and compensation offered by [redacted] , I am going to accept this response The company's email response to Revdex.com does clearly accept responsibility in language far more direct and acceptable to me than what was used in a separate Revdex.com response from the [redacted] company That does illustrate understanding from the company that they screwed up in their service to me I can appreciate that Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer contacted General Motors Roadside Assistance to dispatch a tow for her *** *** on November 10, Service was dispatched and completed to the dealershipCustomer called back on November 11, claiming the rims were damaged during transport by the provider’s strapsThe
providers response to our investigation included; "It is impossible to tighten soft straps tight enough to damage wheels. That is what they are designed for which is damage-free towing. There is no possible way that a soft strap can bend a wheel, soft straps pull from four points. We have towed thousands of vehicles. We use the same process that is taught by The *** *** Operators of Florida. It is done the same way every single time and again, we have never damaged wheels by using soft straps." If her bank is showing a charge, I requested a copy of an account information statement, so our Billing Department can proceed with a further investigation. accept this response.  The company's email response to Revdex.com does clearly accept responsibility in language far more direct and acceptable to me than what was used in a separate Revdex.com response from the [redacted] company.  That does illustrate understanding from the company that they screwed up in their service to me.  I can appreciate that.
