I am rejecting this response because:As I stated before: How can I ship them back? We aren't able to do "return to sender" GM Sports has to set up this return shipment (even though it is us shipping AND paying for it) per the shipping company because GM Sports has an account with the shipping company We obviously aren't getting a refund for the junk parts because we can't get them back to them and they know this GM Sports is making it sound so easy like we just send them the parts and we get a refund What they are refusing to reply to is how these parts are supposed to get to them They didnt want to take the initiative to set up this shipment back to them, so of course we aren't getting a refund

I am rejecting this response because:
Business stated they
would not contact the shipping company to set up delivery to have the parts shipped back to them I contacted the shipping company times and they said the business had to contact them We were still paying for the return shipping charge, but GM Sports did not want to call and set this up I guess they claimed it would look like they would have to pay for shipping, even though the shipping company assured me that was NOT the case They could still have us pay GM Sports wanted nothing to do with that

Business states that they have been in communication with the consumer directlyThere was an agreement reached with the owner of the businessThe item was to be sent back for a full refund and no restocking fee would be assessed

contact the shipping company to set up delivery to have the parts shipped back to them.  I contacted the shipping company 2 times and they said the business had to contact them.  We were still paying for the return shipping charge, but GM Sports did not want to call and set this up.  I guess they claimed it would look like they would have to pay for shipping, even though the shipping company assured me that was NOT the case.  They could still have us pay.  GM Sports wanted nothing to do with that

Business states that they stand by their offer( which is in accordance with the bank and the credit card company) ship them back and the refund will be provided accordingly. No restocking fee included. These are the terms the customer agreed to at the time of purchase. Until appropriate action by the consumer, the refund is not possible.

Review: we purchased car parts(bumpers and a door) for a 1968 [redacted] Skylark. They did send pictures ahead of time before we made the purchase. Our mechanic that is working on the car received the parts and these parts ARE NOT usable. They are full of bondo and rust. So, these "parts" that we spent $1800 on are now just sitting there and we can't use them to refinish the car. We contacted the business and they said we could ship them back (our responsibility for the cost of shipping) PLUS a restocking fee--we would be out almost half of what we paid for these.

Very poor parts being sold for that kind of priceDesired Settlement: we are willing to ship back but DO NOT feel we should pay a restock fee. We already had to pay a shipping fee to get these parts THAT WE CAN'T use
