I have been relocated times for the past yearsthis company is the best move I have ever had by far from the first time they have show up on my door to the last step communication was 24/they packers were amazing no single damage and they did full packing for me(my company paid...lol)not a single scratch or plate broken...AMAZING!!! I searched a lot looking for the best pricing and I found the best quote from GM van linesWhen I contacted the salesman, he was responsive and friendly telling me all the important things I was supposed to knowWe made an agreement and then on the moving day, the four workers and the foreman came to pack my belongingsIt was wonderful how careful they were with all my furnitureEverything stayed intact, no dents at allThey were well equipped and they finished the entire packing in few hoursVery quick and efficient! I would like to recommend GM van lines to all who needs a good mover!
My only issues are with the individuals who delivered my items and the lack of communication between the in office representatives and the packers The items that did not get communicated to the driver were the precise location of my storage unit (an update from the sheet signed on initial move) and that I needed to be out of town for the weekend (6-August) to say goodbye to my granddad who is in Hospice (this information was again given by phone) The guys who delivered my stuff did come on the 7th while I was out of town consoling family so I was late to the drop off location My computer desk chair was broken They attempted to give me a box that wasn't even mine and had no sticker on it so someone else is now messing a box One of my boxes had fallen apart in the truck and they attempted to put the items back in my SHOVING them back into the boxNot all items made it back into the box and now I have a useless plastic container that is open for bugs to get into They were completely unprofessional and took absolutely no pride in their workI will not be recommending this company to anyone of my friends or family members
I would never recommend anything unless I truly believe in its capabilitiesI feel quite proud of being able to recommend GM van linesThis company is in a class of its ownThey're not the typical profit making machinesThey're experienced and they don't cut corners in this jobI have hired them a few times already and they have always come out swingingThey never caused any damage to my piecesNeither have they ever overcharged meTheir movers have always been very professionalI have looked at all aspects thoroughly before writing this reviewThese guys are the absolute best in this field

GM van lines managed my move within the allotted time and without any kind of damageThere were many fragile items and some heavy furniture but nothing became the reason of any unwanted delay or damageI also need to mention that they did not charge me a lotI am pretty happy with the amount they charged
