GMA Sales opened a Holiday team store prior to Christmas 2017. Much of the items on the store were delivered in time for the holiday including goods that were personally delivered by myself to the complainants' home. holes of backorders and things that were not available for delivery. All items will either be delivered or refunded by March 1, 2018. I have had several conversations with patrons of this store, some that have had their goods delivered, some that I have updated as to whereabouts. It was far from a perfect system, and did some customer service issues slip through yes, as we are consistently navigating the backorder issues but there were many of customers that received goods and good customer service.
