I have tried for a month to have someone from Eric and Sons contact me without any luck Shortly after messaging/emailing Eric and Sons through their website I received the following reply: "Thank you for contacting Eric & Sons Thank you for contacting usWe have received your request and will be in touch soon We look forward to helping you transform your home with the beauty of fresh air and daylight." After about three weeks of no calls from Eric and Sons, I then phoned the company and spoke with a nice lady I informed her that I have been waiting for someone from her company to contact me She apologized for the delay and said she would have someone call me I waited another week but did not receive any phone calls Then after a couple of days I emailed the tech support person, Jerrodand informed him of my situation Still I have not received any calls or emails from Eric and Sons Jerrod likewise did not return any emails or phone calls Anyway, for what it is worth, I would be very cautious dealing with this business

A year later, the gas ventless stove in the family room was replaced with a small, much more efficient vented gas stove that is not only beautiful but very energy efficientWe just love it! Eric is a hanbusiness owner and it has been a refreshing change to work with him and his team We highly recommend Eric and Sons for all your fireplace, wood stove and ventless fireplace needsThey are honest, fair and the work is excellent!
