I have never dealt with a contractor like Greg! I had contracted with a different coto replace windows and siding The windows were replaced and I was so dissatisfied that I was afraid to have that codo the siding I found GMart (Greg) through ***'s *** Greg responded immediately When he saw the condition of the windows he suggested I call the owner of the company and have him look at the job and he offered to meet with us, which he did (prior to contracting with him) Greg helped me resolve the issues with the other company I was happy with the products he uses, he always responded to my calls right away, he had great ideas and a good sense of design - so I agreed to the contract He has a crew of gentlemen (and they were very much gentlemen!) Throughout the entire process, from receiving the materials to the install and the completion of the project everything was either on time or ahead of schedule The crew was respectful of my home, my neighbors, my family and me At the end of every day they cleaned up and swept They are extremely hard workers and I am very happy with the work they did Greg was at my home every day checking on the progress, touching base with me, taking pictures of the house at various stages, etc I was always kept up to date on everything This company goes above and beyond!!!! The dumpster was gone within an hour or less of completion of the project I am very happy with the way it looks To Greg, Chris, Pawel, Nick, Marcine (please forgive the spelling) I can't thank you enough for restoring my faith in contractors Good luck with your business - all businesses could be schooled by you

We hired Gmart, Incto replace all of our old Tudor style siding with insulated vinyl sidingWe also were replacing all the gutters and downspouts (he put in oversized downspouts without charging extra) and replaced windows in our living room, windows in our dining room and the windows in the kitchen bay window eating area
We narrowed down our search to three companies and interviewed all threeWe selected Gmart because the owner, *** *** was not only knowledgeable and helpful in sorting through our options, but also offered really good design suggestions and helped us find ways to avoid spending money unnecessarilyWe saved money by choosing GMartIt turns out we made the best possible choice in a contractor
*** has a good eye and worked as a partner with us to come up with designs that we felt enhanced the look of our house, in line with our style preferencesIn addition, he impressed us with this honestyHe showed us how we could save money and get the same or better quality, even though he could have made more money himself without sharing this informationFor example, we ordered our windows directly from a contractor supply company and while he could have done that himself and made a mark up, he did all the measurements so we could call in the order directly.(He gave us the choice and even spoke twice with the supply company to make sure we got the order right.) We could not have purchased the windows for less anywhere elseHe is very honest, reliable and trustworthy
His crew was thorough, highly skilled and meticulousThey cleaned up every day so that the area was spotlessIn fact, at the end, my wife commented that they left our property looking better and cleaner than before they came***, the crew chief is very talented in many areas, including carpentryThey could have made us purchase the entire bay window pre-assembled which would have cost us thousands moreBut to help us save money, the allowed us to order three windows and they rebuilt our bay window for the cost of the materials
We could not be more pleased with the outcome the siding looks great and the windows are beautifully installedThe house is well insulated and we can feel the difference already in temperature consistency throughout the house, and more efficiencyAll of our neighbors have commented on how great the house looks, and also on how detail oriented the crew wasIn fact, a few days after the job was completed, and the crew had left, the crew chief came back and did a final thorough inspection to make sure everything was done as it was supposed to be, and nothing was left unfinished
We have worked with many contractors over the years, and we can honestly say working the Gregg and GMart, Incwas the best experience we have ever had a pleasure in every respectThis is what working with contractors "should" be like

They did a job well perfomed including showing up on time and explaining what should be done. Highly recommended.

Greg and his staff were amazing! Their customer service is second to none. Every time we had a question or requests, Greg personally handled each inquiry and made sure we understood or received what was requested. In terms of pricing and workmanship. The team was more than reasonable and the quality of the work is OUTSTANDING! We engaged Greg and the team to do a complete overhaul, siding, windows, and our roof. We are absolute fans of the team especially because of the customer service. For example, five months after the work was complete, we started to get condensation in our second story bathroom. Initially we thought there was a problem with the roofing work. We called Greg and within two days he was at our house looking into the issue. After a look we determined that it was not any issue with the roof but rather the venting to the exhaust fan. Nothing the team had worked on! So what does Greg do? He simply fixes the problem no questions, no charges, just incredible customer service. I strongly recommend GMART, they are a fair, high quality service, and customer oriented outfit, which I will absolutely use again.
