The customer never called us he had a lady name maggot call for himWe explained to her that on the bill of sale it clearly says deposits are non-refundable, and also told her that she had a credit of a $and they can use it anytime or for any services we provide like on their next purchase of a
vehicle, detail car, oil change etcShe said it was fineNow she conplains to the Revdex.comI will gladly give them their money back
I will send the customer $check for reiembusrtmentWe left the customer a voice mail indicating that we were on vacationWe apologize for the hold up she will receive a check by next week
