I just wanted to sent an update to my complaint. The Corporate office for GMG has been in contact with me since Tuesday. Jason and I have come to an agreement
Jason offered me resolutions: a full refund or a new smoker.
I opted for
the new smoker. The following conditions are being met:
1. Upgraded item
2. Shipped to the dealer in, *** ***, not *** where I purchased the original item
3. *** will assemble and test the smoker
4. Since the people at *** are Amish and do not drive, we will pick up assembled smoker and drop off original item
By the way, Jason has been awesome. He has been calling every day to provide an update and make sure everything is working
