My decking is disintegrating within the warranty period I tried to resolve this through the proper channels, and that failed because they rely on only email to settle disputes After begging I finally got a phone call, but not from the person I requested, and was treated rudely and unprofessionally several times I was told that the decking was not properly installed If that were true, then the entire deck should be crumbling, not just the part that is exposed to the sun I contacted my contractor and he said it was installed properlyThey refuse to send a representative to view my claim, so I had it inspected by an independent contractor that confirmed my claim I am terrified that the decking will crumble while someone is on it There are documented accounts of this decking failing all around the lake, and those have been replaced with the improved product I have documentation of every allegation I have photos of the different areas of the dock showing how it is

The decking began to chip under use (walking on it) and I was told it was ineligible for warranty coverage under exclusion criteria The decking was installed in fall During summer 2018, I hosted a barbecue and the next day I noticed chips out of the vinyl on the deckingWhen I contacting the company following their warranty claim procedure, they told me that scratches, gouges or chips are caused by impact and are therefore ineligible for warrantySince the company sells decking, I assume use would dictate that walking or hosting people would not be an exclusion criteriaThe area impacting does not have furniture or bbq, it is the highly foot traveled area

I purchased fiber on fencing 1/years ago their warranty says years it ihas failed at 1/years I have purchased this fence from [redacted] 1/years ago and neither [redacted] or fiberon will honor the year warranty.this fence cost me with laborI had of the rotten posts replaced at the tune of at this rate I will need to replace the fence before the 20yrs are up

On or about March of 2016, I contacted the Fiberon consumer service dept and spoke with MsM [redacted] I stated to her the issues with the Woodshades fence I purchased from [redacted] in August of the issues are as follows: splitting/cracked posts, decay/fading of color, buckling of pickets, cracked gate picket covering, several of the posts leaning into neighbors yard,and pickets pulling apart, and someone need to come and repair the damagedas of this day, Oct.4,2016, my Fence is still laying damaged on the ground and Fiberon refuse to Acknowledge the Defective and Cheap Quality Material used of their Woodshades Composite Fence and abide by their 20yr warranty and replace my fenceAs well as putting the cause of damage on the installation by *** Product_Or_Service: WOODSHADES FENCING Account_Number: ( [redacted] )

Product received is absolutely defective in manufacturing process as its quality and appearance not as stated and shown in product information
Submitted claim info and photos to claim departmentReceived return form letter noting deck was properly installedThat excessive pooling of water on the deck was due to the capping of the deck boardsInsulted anyone's common sense of intelligence by stating that there are no defects in the material I receivedIssue is not with capping, but with "cupping" of the boards that allows excessive amounts of water to pool, or dam up, thus rendering deck unfit to walk on until squished or moped clear

We have purchase a fence from *** on 2009, which few weeks back when we came home from work we find post broken because they rotted out
We contact the manufacture and explain the issue, all we have heard from them it's that fence it's been improper installed which was installed by a contractor that was working with *** after we send numerous pictures of the damaged fence they denied the warranty saying that the fence wasn't properly installed we ask them to send a company representative to take a look and decide but they refuse because they don't do field trips and don't have anyone to do soThis is a composite fence which we asked several times why the boards in the panel warped and no answer to that, we did their work and still got deniedThey recommended to use lb concrete to secure the posts which I believe the installers they followed the manufactures instructions if they were attached to the fence on handed separately, to me it sounds like I have to instal

In I purchased over $12,worth of Fiberon composite decking materials ( Tropics Mahogany and Gray ) for the deck being built at our houseThis decking is advertised as having a year warrantyAfter years the Mahogany has lost much of it's color and looks washed outThe gray has white color coming through and is losing its gray colorI put in a claim with Fiberon and was told that their warranty does not cover my problemThey consider it a result of "wear and tear." I, personally, will never buy another Fiberon productMy recommendation to others that do is twofold.1) You read the fine print in the warranty carefully, and understand that a visible deterioration of the product over a short period of time is NOT covered2) You do NOT use the material where it will be exposed to sun, rain, leaves, dirt, or any other element one might find in the environment of an outdoor deckYou will be disappointed in the results of "wear and tear" !!

2)Refund is from federal and NC state tax.Amount is 4000$.

3)I gave my w2 form to him for review that how much money I will get in refund from fedral and NC tax return.Without my signature he submited my transcript to federal and NC state and gave his a/c no .While talking to IRS I came to know that money is deposited into wells fargo a/c.As I ask him why he gave different a/c no,he is telling it's a human mistake and not ready to co-operate in getting my money.

I FILED SAKET TRIPATHY TAX RETURN IN FEB OF 2013, BUT

I ENTERED THE WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER. IT WENT TO WELLS FARGO

AND THEY PUT THE MONEY IN SOME ONES ELSE ACCOUNT. THEY SHOULD HAVE

RETURNED IT TO THE IRS.
