Review: Contractor,[redacted] is deceitful and a liar ,he is also disrespectful and mean to customers or clients. He does no want to answer questions regarding the work contract , e .g. When asked when he would finish the job, he snaps at me saying I ask too many questions. Our initial agreement was $4,500 for the entire job, however, when the permit was approved, it requires earthquake bracing for the manufactured home and he told me that it would be additional &2000 which includes the equipment for the bracing and labor which is fine with me, however when I ask for the receipt for the earthquake bracing, he got upset and he said he would not give or show me the receipt. He also told me that it will only take about 2 to 3 days for the complete set up of the manufactured home , it is already 4 days and he has not finished with the job. Whenever I ask him how much longer it will take , he would yell at me, saying I'm stressing him out. I told him that Iam also stressed out because I'm staying in a hotel for 4 days now and it is additional expenses for me. Another issue is the piers that he installed in manufactured home. I noticed that he did not put the original piers on my home (I bought additional piers for my home about 18 of them and these are new ones). When I ask him if he would install all my original piers, he simply said mo way. I think this guy is trying to rip me off. He wants all the money to himself,he never hire someone else to help him so the job is taking forever.Desired Settlement: I want a detailed explanation of the charges including receipts and all my piers installed or returned to me

Having different meaning of understanding the issues makes nobody a liar; this customer notice that was no bracing system at certain time because I was waiting the installation instruction sheet and was explained to customer; the manufactured home was delivered on friday 19, leveled on sat 20, installed porch and carport on sunday 21, the 22 customer stayed monday night on their own, tuesday 23 customer asked me if may they stay from now on and they won't tell me anything else even if I take any time to finish; I borrow my house to this customer so they can store their belongnings at no charge and even I use my own truck and time all day free of charge to help them transport those items, doing my part to help them on expences and that makes me mean; the customer told me that they will rent a big truck to return everything at one trip and I was the designated driver, I need it to finish the project and couldn't help so, I turn my house key to them; after done a total yard clean up a final inspection passed and turn my invoice in, this site slopes different to the prior one, so I told the customer that I brought piers as need it to complete the setup, about 6 of them 10", 12" and 14"; the ones that did not use are in my yard taking space along with some pads .

Customer call me on thursday sept-02, saying that no payment will be mail until Revdex.com let them know what todo after my respond to the complaint is done.
