I contacted Gary *** on September 14, 2020 by email requestion a quote to survey my land. Gary *** responded back on September 15th with a quote of $450 and they would need 50% of that down before taking the job. I paid the $225.00 from the invoice he sent me by email. (Quick Books). I tried calling / emailing him to scheduled a date for him to come to my house and received no response. I emailed him on September 18th and advised him I have since found another company and made contact with them to come and survey my land. I told Gary *** I would not need his services and to refund my money. I have not heard from him and he will not answer my calls or respond to my emails.
I contacted my bank for a transaction dispute since I didn't receive the services.
I sent Gary *** another email informing him of my actions against him. He has not responded.
I want my money back

This issue has been resolved. The customer has refunded the money to me please close this incident.
