I spoke to their RMA managers and he sounded like TOO BAD YOU SIGNE THE RMA AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO.
I first ordered a 'complete' clutch pedal assy. from GMPartsGiant.com and paid an extra 15.00 for shipping. Later the same evening I ordered a clutch master cylinder with free shipping from GMpartscenter.net . The master cylinder arrived at my doorstep two days later.
I checked the delivery status of the order from GMPartsGiant.com and only a shipping label had been created. After five days with no activity I emailed GMpartsGiant.com's customer service link inquiring about the status of my order. Within the hour the USPS updated the tracking staus as,'picked up'. The following evening customer service from GMPartsGiant.com responded saying USPS is now reporting the delivery would be the next day.
It has taken eight days to recieve a package that was shipped 2 day priority mail. The issue was probably not with USPS, but rather the part had been sitting at GMPartsGiant.com for five days after the shipping lable had been created.
I opened the' package' once the part was delivered . I suppose the folks at GMPartsGiant.com must have been in quite a hurry when packaging the clutch pedal assy. It was stuffed into a padded envelope that was almost 1/2 the length of the pedal assy and another padded envelope shoved over the other end to form what looked like a poorly wrapped boomerang.
Inside was almost a complete clutch pedal assy. It was only missing the clutch rod retainer and the nut for the clutch pedal pivot bolt. I am glad that I have the old assy. for parts.
This will be my last transaction with GMPartsGiant.com I suppose that I should have checked the Revdex.com rating before giving them my credit card number.
Ordered a part from GMPartGiant after using the online chat function to ascertain that the part I needed was actually in stock. The order went through fine. I received email confirmation quickly, and then got shipping confirmation a day later. Within three more days, the package arrived containing the wrong part... not even close to the same part number. Totally wrong part.
That was on a Friday evening, and they're closed over the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday to contact them. They won't take my calls, and are giving me the runaround by asking for photo evidence of the packaging, the wrong part, etc to "verify" an rma request. I'm sure I'll be lucky to ever get the right part or get a refund. In the meantime, I get to pay for another week of a rental car when my vehicle should have been fixed already.
