Good morning, I spoke with [redacted] at length yesterdayI was disappointed to hear about the experience she had at our [redacted] officeWe have the following actions in place: Doctor is no longer employedThe dental assistant involved is a temp Effective immediately she is no longer allowed to temp at any of our offices.I offered free whitening for both [redacted] and her daughterI gave [redacted] my personal cell phone so that if she has any further difficulties contacting offices she can call me directlyI asked [redacted] to please ask her daughter to give us another chanceShe will speak with her daughter and then contact meShe was very complimentary about our hygienist there, TheresaI feel we ended the call on a positive noteIf her daughter does not return we will refund the credit balance on her account Thank you [redacted]

GMS dental at North loop west/Ella is the worst place ever!! The customer service there is horrendous!! Please if you do not want your blood pressure to rise do not, I repeat do not go to this place!!!!! It is impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule appointments and it is impossible to get someone to check you out after your service!! I waited for an hour just to make my next appointment and get a recipeThey never called me to check me out, an when you inquire what is taking so long they get an attitude and brush you offI walked out!! The clerks were just sitting around talking not helping peopleI sat and observed them the whole time I was there, and mind you there was other people there that was complaining about the service theretoo

I ordered a laundry cart and when I went to put it together some parts were defective and or missing. In addition, the workmanship was shoddy and flimsy. It was made to hold laundry detergent but the shelving bends so I do not see how it can hold anything over a pound in weight. I requested a refund and was told they would charge me freight even though it was free freight when I bought it. I asked for a replacement and offered to return the defective one and the company was not open to paying for the freight to return the defective piece or to pay the freight for the replacement. All they asked me for was a list of every piece that was missing or defective and they would replace it. When I looked at their website for their return policy, that is not what their policy states. They do not follow their own return policy. I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager. I then realized it was a small company I was dealing with and there would be no recourse for my purchase. I am now out $50.00.

GMS dental at 1445 North loop west/Ella is the worst place ever!! The customer service there is horrendous!!
