GMS Management

I've been with this rent agency out of Four Seasons in the Austintown, OH area. We picked this location because of the cheap rent: $560/month with 2 pets, and trash, water, and heat included. However, during our stay for over 2 years, the company lost 3-5 check payments, and a money order, not to mention they file it as a failure to pay so immediately tack on late fees. If they were helpful in the matter it wouldn't be a problem however, we called several times, 9 times in 4 days, for this latest issue with the money order. We rarely get to talk to anyone, when they respond to a message they call at the end of the day as they are leaving. The worst part is the blatant rudeness; every time we do get to talk to a person they just ask for specific info that you know that they can look up themselves. The worst part was when she started saying that she'd look it up and then put the phone to a stack of papers and finger flipped them like a stack of playing cards, pick the phone back up and say that she couldn't find anything. This doesn't even include doorknobs falling off, dirty water pipes for bathroom, and constant lack of maintenance to do mundane jobs. I have only negative things to say, besides the price. I guess you get what you paid for, though I think losing payments to add late fees is illegal. Will move out as soon as possible.
