I made an online purchase with the company which took over a month to ship outThe items were shipped in two separate packages, one of the packages arrived at my house and the other was shipped to a previous address where I rented and no longer livesI called and spoke with the owner [redacted] who refused to accept responsibility for his company's failureNeedless to say I didn't get refunded nor did he ship my product to the correct addressVery disappointed and will not do business there again

Just got done buying a tactical belt from GMS tactical and wanted to email them to say how happy I was, then I searched them I cam across the Revdex.com listing, and was amazed and the three responses here I am a Local Law Enforcement Officer in Arizona and have been doing business with GMS Tactical since before they had a retail store (which is nothing short of a candy store for LEO and people looking for tactical gear) I remember when the Owner was getting started and he had a website only, he used to meet me locally because I wanted to purchase items but did not want to ship it These guys are a family run small business, and are also the nicest people I have met So to counter these bad reviews don't listen to it people, this place rocks!

Two of the items ordered were out of stock and we are waiting the arrival of the items to ship to the customerAs the pouches have not yet arrived and customer is requesting a refund we have cancelled the remaining items and credited the $back to Mr*** credit
