is in the area.Deliveries: 02/12/14-100 gals. 09/25/14-100 gals. & 11/20/14-128 gals.The truck ran out of oil before it got to the customers area on the 18th• We scheduledeliveries one day in advance therefore, the truck was rescheduled to go back and finishthe deliveries on 11/20/14.Customers that only order minimum deliveries need to check their tanks and place theirorder before they run out.Sincerely,

Review: On November 14 I placed an order for $400.00 worth of heating oil. I paid for it using my debit card and the funds were transfered the next day. I told the company that I had 2 children and we were out of oil. They finally scheduled delivery for the following Tuesday 5 days later. Received a call from my son that the oil was not delivered. I called the company and was told the truck sent had run out of oil but when it returned to be filled that it was sent to a different area . So any one that didn't get serviced now have to wait till Thursday before any oil will be delivered . So me and my children have to deal with out oil for a week!!!!! Yes I do have electric heaters but they barely do any good. What if the truck runs out again before it gets to my home???? What we have to be cold even longer?? I feel my order should have received priority considering we were out of oil and kids. Then when the truck ran out it should have returned to the area it was servicing to finish that area. We can't get their oil and tell them we will pay a week later so why can they get our money and leave us cold for a week or maybe longer. This should not be acceptable or allowed by any heating oil company!!!Desired Settlement: Have policy changed that people that are out of heat should receive priority over those who still have oil and it should be expidited. Also trucks that run out should be refilled and return to service area or another truck sent to finish that service area.
