Review: Over the past year, my checking account was debited $30.00 in ATM charges on 43 separate occasions. When I spoke with the CEO in Feb, (Feb 18, 2015) she admitted that it appeared something was not right, she was to have her accountant review this get back to me in 2 weeks. I emailed the CEO after 3 weeks with no response and again last week (which was approx. 5 weeks since we initially discussed this matter) yet no response. I would like a refund back into my account with the amount the credit union owes me.Desired Settlement: I would like all ATM charges that were incurred while there was still a positive balance as well as all ATM charges that pushed me into the overdraft status be refunded back to me.
