Working with GNC has been nothing but positive. Anytime and issue came up or a question about the task at hand they stopped work to bring it to my attention. I have recommended GNC to anyone who asked me and they have done their work as well
I called GNC on 4/14/14, 4/21/14, and 4/29/14 leaving an answering machine message each time to call me back regarding repair of a driveway they poured for me in June 2012. GNC never called me back. Finally on 5/12/14 I called and spoke with [redacted] about the repairs. I asked that GNC stop by the house to see the damage and to get back to me about a fair price for the repair. I also told [redacted] I wanted an expansion groove to be put between the driveway and the foundation of the house in hopes of preventing future cracks. [redacted] said, "No customer is going to tell me how to do my job." Then he accused me of being irate and told me to call back when I was calmer. I wasn't mad...in fact I was very calm about the situation. My response to [redacted] was, "You leave me no choice but to find someone else to do the repairs correctly and file a complaint with the Revdex.com. You have a good day and good-bye." What [redacted] probably does not know is that his father, [redacted], told me in 2012 after the cement job was completed that he could not get an expansion groove cut along the house foundation due to the width of the cutting machine. So by [redacted] own admission, an expansion groove should have been made but was not. I had another man in the garage building/cement pouring business also tell me that a groove should have been made along the foundation. I was not blaming GNC for the damage because I know it was caused by the severe winter weather we had. All I asked GNC to do was make the repair per my specifications at a fair price. Now I will hire someone else to make the repairs.
