GNC Live Well

Review: Dear Sir, On 4th.August I placed an order to GNC live well on line at order no.[redacted].

But until today I still not yet got my order parcel; It seems the parcel was lost;

I paid for the courier charge but GNC customer support was always not willing help me to solve this problem;

They insisted they delivered the order in full correct address by FedexSmart service.

But [redacted] website can not present me the proof of delivery,only show this parcel was delivered to local U.S.Post;

I emailed USPS website to claim but no one reply me;

Now GNC website, [redacted] service, USPS service, three of them can not help me to solve this problem ,

I need GNC to refund my order amount at usd118.32.Desired Settlement: refund my order amount to my credit-card
