I have had nothing but a positive experience with GnG My guitar teacher was knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and fun! It's a great place to take lessons, and I highly recommend it to anyone
I am truly upset with this company and how they treat their customers We have our daughter enroll in piano lessons each week on Friday and they have someone come to the house to give her lessons for mins We had one in instructor who would cancel and not show up last minute issues so finally they called to say they quit and then they also had complained that we got to many kids around for him to teach our the house when lessons are taught Really are you kidding me!! You are in my house and you complain instead of speaking directly to the parent to resolve the issue!! So then a new instructor was introduced and then also cancel and change their schedule with us and complaining how we have our other kids in our house in the same room during the lesson is not acceptable without even mentioning it to the parents in the house I get a phone call about the complaint from the manager How is this acceptable that you are an instructor in our house, we are paying you to teach our kids but you are complaining about how things are run in my own house and don't have to nerve to come to the parent directly to talk to them about it if it was a distraction to our kids lesson but to complain to your mananger and have them call me instead How rude and how is that the right way to conduct business when you are dealing with kids and the parent in their house Very upset and very bad business practice Not a place I would recommend any parents The business should learn how to treat customers with respect and learn what customer service means or just close down because you can't hire staff that can show up and not complain about their clients
Our child has been with GnG for several years, it was recommended to us by a family friendWe have had a great experienceWe've had three instructors so far, as the office staff has been incredibly accommodating with finding us a teacher whose schedule coordinates when ours changesEach instructor has brought a unique musical insightFrom local musicians to former band instructors, they've all been qualified individuals I entrust my child to weeklyThe convenience of having someone come to our home is wonderfulI would recommend GnG to any parent looking for a rewarding experience for their child
My daugher and I both take piano lessons through GnG I have tried a few other music studios and GnG is by far our favoriteThe owner and instructors are ALL very friendly and work hard to make your experience enjoyableMy daughter is actually excited for her lessons at the age of I love the flexibility in scheduling and the option for home lessons We currently are doing home lessons and it works with a busy home lifeI do have to admit, sometimes we miss going to the New Albany studioI have worked with Greg on both billing and scheduling and I have found him to be very reasonable and willing to listen Nikki is our AMAZING instructor and now a friend I am far from being a "natural" musician, but I love my piano lessons

Courtney is very accommodating to my busy scheduleAs an adult it can be difficult to find piano instructors that are willing to be flexibleCourtney has been the best piano instructor I could ask for, and I have learned so much in the last year with herThe environment is fun and relaxed, and it is a highlight of my week to go to GnG music! The drive to New Albany is more than worth itThanks to Greg for creating an amazing music studio! If I had kids I would definitely have them come to GnG

We absolutely LOVE GnG Music and we feel so blessed that they are here in New Albany The owner and staff are always extremely accommodating to ensure we are always happy and the instructors have all been professional and talented teachers who seem to care dearly for their students And our kids look forward to Monday afternoon piano lessons, which is such a joy Thank you GnG!
