Dear All,As mentioned in our previous response there will be two checks of USD will sent to customer on or before August 28, We understand the apprehension customer has but we have all the recordings and screen recordings where in customer agreed to pay the amount of USD for Support of her computer but as we understand that there was another payment charged on her account for the same amount which was a confusion from our executive side for which appropriate actions are been takenThere was no fraud check submitted, the second check was "***" which is completely ethical and legal way taking check payments, but due to confusion check which was scanned was submitted and *** was submitted as well.The payment cannot be refunded asap as we our confirming with our bank if payment was cleared to us, as customer says it has been we just want to make sure it isThe two checks of USD each should be dispatched to customer by August 23-24,and she should receive it on or before August 2017.Our website is down because we are upgrading our website and has nothing to do with this complaint, we have a recording in which customer said that "she understands that mistakes do happen in business and she is willing to wait till August 28, 2017" these recordings could be provided if asked.We again confirm that we only provide third party technical support to customers for computers and connected peripherals and there no unethical practices followed in our companyWith all due respect to customer she is completely changing her statements in the complaint from what she said on the phone which we have on recordings.We will be more than happy to assist with any other questions or queries which customer might have. Dear All,The issue has already been taken care with customer`s daughter as she called us and told about the double charge. We explained her how it was charged twice by mistake and as she did not want to continue with the services, refund has been processed and she will be receiving check for...

I provided all of the background materials regarding this complaint to Marie G[redacted] on August 14th.  We have received no refund from this company and the bank confirmed to us that they believe this is a scam.  They easily debited her account for the 2nd (not authorized) payment so they should be able to easily put the money back in her bank.  I honestly do not believe that this company will be refunding the full $1660 that my mother was charged.  Their business practices seem to be very corrupt and they certainly should not have an A rating with the Revdex.com.  We complained to them as soon as we realized the scam on July 18, 2017.  Why can they not refund her money until August 28th?  Also they took their website down once I started complaining to the Revdex.com.  Please do the right thing and pressure this company.  I believe in the integrity of the Revdex.com and I hope that this matter will not change my thinking.
