Finally got ahold of someone the day before the event (Friday evening) and they informed us the machine was unavailable because their "truck broke down" - and wouldn't allow us to pick up the machine. Were not friendly about THEIR mistake, either. It's incomprehensible how a rental service could allow something like this to happen. Getting your product to an event is your ONLY JOB.
In the event industry, where pre-planning is a key, this a huge, unforgivable mistake. Back up plans and other means of distributing your products must be made available. Customer communication (6 days without a return phone call, which would have at least allowed us to find another vendor) is non-existent. Avoid at all costs, possibly not even a real company. It's unfortunate that google doesn't allow me to give a 0 star rating.
