mail however the location was closed down. Our controller received notification of this matter on March 9th and was very quickly able to resolve it.

After a thorough inspection and appraisal of the vehicle, it became very evident that the vehicle was not a, [redacted] as it had been represented, verbally by the customer, in writing on the trade appraisal[redacted] At this time, the bid was was amended to a much lower amount. This was all clearly disclosed to the customers. We regret that the vehicle was blatantly misrepresented by the customers, and had this not happened, there never would have been such a glaring discrepancy between the initial, potential offer and the final number after verification.
