This company has no understanding of what contracts are,nor do they know how to run a legit businessI've gone through car with them which there was a difference in brand ,the swapped me from a BMW 325i at 130,miles due to numerous issues I had with the lemon car they sold me which almost blew up on me twice,to a mustang at 160,and tried to chrge me the same priceAssuming they did their books right anything I've paid on my bmw and the charges they made me pay to repair a car they should not have sold in the first place would of put me at least two months ahead in payments, they randomly decided to make up some number on the mustang which was running like crap after two weeksNO ONE THERE IS HELPFUL WHEN IT COMES TO ASKING QUESTIONS ON THEIR OWN BUSINESS I still have yet to receive any contract for the second car they gave me yet their harassing me about paymentsTheir secretary has no idea what she is doing either which is going to cause a huge lawsuit and loss of business, this company needs to be audited for all recordsSomething shady is going on there

To hell with this company!!!!!!! My car as much as I love it is piece of ***!!!!! I got it in February and it had sludge in the radiator, which BTW I was told by the lady that works there they had done before I purchased the car (LIES), thermostat shot to hell, water pump needs to be replaced, hazard lights pop on and off when they get ready to, won't accelerate, jerks when you pull off, cracked cylinder, and damn list goes on and on!!!!! They claim to have fixed the issues, no they rigged the issues and brought my damn car back to me with a dead battery that had to be replaced because the refurbished one they put in it from the start was a piece of ***!!!! Oh did I mention the power steering wheel now leaks and all the hoses under the hood according to my very reputable mechanic are flat!!! My car is the definition of a lemon!!!!! I've never had this happen to me before and now I'm upside down in payments for the piece of *** due to out of pocket repairs.....KEEP IT!!!!! If you are a woman take a real mechanic with you or a man in general because this is what happens when you don't!!! But then again I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.....????????????????

Purchased a 2000 Nissan altima for my first car. Payed 3-4 times more than it's worth but what can you expect from these kind of places? The SAME day within 2 hours my engine blew While I was on the highway. Oh everything's all good because of the warranty right? Wrong. It took 3 weeks for them to get my car back to me. And all the time I'm paying for a car I'm not driving.

Not even a month later, more issues. Muffler fell off, catalytic converter needed replaced so it was loud as heck. Couldn't accelerate up hill faster than 30 mph. Took it back and was out of a car for another 3 weeks, when I got it back the problem wasn't fixed. Just overall shotty work. Since then I've went to a real dealership and haven't had any problems. Stay away from go auto!!!!!

Even worse, I've heard of multiple other people having the SAME thing happen to them! Engine blowing same day as buying and paying for a car their not driving for a month!!

This company has no understanding of what contracts are,nor do they know how to run a legit business. I've gone through 2 car with them which there was a difference in brand ,the swapped me from a
BMW 325i at 130,000 miles due to numerous issues I had with the lemon car they sold me which almost blew up on me twice,to a mustang 2004 at 160,000 and tried to chrge me the same price. Assuming they did their books right anything I've paid on my bmw and the charges they made me pay to repair a car they should not have sold in the first place would of put me at least two months ahead in payments, they randomly decided to make up some number on the mustang which was running like crap after two weeks. NO ONE THERE IS HELPFUL WHEN IT COMES TO ASKING QUESTIONS ON THEIR OWN BUSINESS. I still have yet to receive any contract for the second car they gave me yet their harassing me about payments. Their secretary has no idea what she is doing either which is going to cause a huge lawsuit and loss of business, this company needs to be audited for all records. Something shady is going on there.

This letter is in response to a Revdex.com complaint we havereceived regarding a vehicle that was sold to [redacted] came to Go Auto Sales seeking topurchase a vehicle on credit on 8/27/2014. Wepresented several vehicles that would work for herbudget and credit situation. She picked out a...

vehicleand it required 20% percent down for the only creditprogram she qualified for, which came out to$1500.00. [redacted] only had $320.00 on 8/27/14.We came to an agreement that she could drive awaywith the vehicle on the 8/27/14 and she could pay theremaining $1180.00 no later that 9/17/14. [redacted] agreed she could do that and signed apromissory note for that amount. She promised thatwas late making the required payments by the agreedupon date, so I sat down with her and allowed her anextension on the late payment. During this time [redacted] drove the vehicle through a carwash withthe sunroof open. The interior got wet and someelectronics were damaged. We gave [redacted] aloaner car while we made the required repairs, free ofcharge. She finally finished paying the down paymenton 10/10/14.3 weeks late.At that point when her down payment was paid shehad the vehicle for 44 days. We then submitted hercontract to a third party lender for her auto loan. Thelender agreed to purchase her auto loan with thefollowing stipulation, that [redacted] make the firstfour (4) consecutive payments ontime. If she did notmake the payments ontime she would be in default ofthe loan and Go Auto Sales would have achargeback/buyback. In which case we would have topay back the amount financed plus fees and the bankwould repossess the vehicle. [redacted] did notmake her 15t payment. She was late and the bankcontacted me, I in turn contacted [redacted] on12/13/14 via email and explained that the 1st paymentwas coming up on 30 days late and the vehicle wasabout to get repossessed. She said she would makethe payment and had made arraignments with thebank to do so. At this pOint [redacted] has had thevehicle for 87 days. [redacted] let me know that thevehicle was having an issue and I had her bring in thevehicle and I gave her a loaner vehicle to drive whilewe looked at her vehicle. Please keep in mind that thestate requires a 15 day or 500 mile warranty on allused cars. [redacted] did not purchase an extendedwarranty. So we are 72 days over the15 daysrequired by law. Over 2 months later. We did therepair, a water pump free of charge. I then emailed[redacted] on 12/23/14 that her vehicle was readyto pickup, free of charge. Basically a goodwill repair. The same day 12/23/14, that I emailed [redacted], Ireceived a·letter from the bank saying that the loanwas a chargeback. I called the bank and they told menot to give the vehicle back to her, and she had calledthe bank and said she was not making a payment. Icalled [redacted] and she claims she was making apayment. At that point the loan was a buyback and arepossession by law. I had a tow company, recoverour loaner vehicle. [redacted] did not return thekeys to our loaner vehicle, which cost us an additional$100 for a mobile locksmith & replacement key.I spoke to [redacted] and her significant other, andwe dicussed her down payment, which I informed hershe was not entitled to a refund by law, since it waslegally a repossession. But I did offer her to pick out adifferent vehicle and I would apply the $1500 downtowards that vehicle, I would even give the credit toher significant other. I did get a credit application and Iwas able to get her partner approved, but I need herto bring in the required documents for the new loan. They did not.Go Auto Sales worked with [redacted], extendingthe time for her to make the down payment. We fixedthe vehicle several times after the required 15 dayshad passed. We gave [redacted] loaner vehicleseach time we serviced her vehicle. We fixed hervehicle almost 3 months after she purchased it forfree. [redacted] was out of work and could notmake the car payment. So it was legally repossessed. She was not entitled to a refund. She was offered acredit for her partner or herself, which she declined. We are sorry [redacted] is upset, but we tried tomake her happy_ At the time of purchase, [redacted] was informed that used vehicles mayrequire service from time to time, that an additional 3rdparty extended vehicle warranty was available for anadditional fee, and that this was a "Last Chance" autoloan and the payment needed to be made ontime. The bank gave her 30 days extension to make her 1 stpayment.I have supporting documents for each transaction thatverify dates, including letters, emails and receipts. Ican supply these if needed.
