After numerous conversations with this consumer we had her take her vehicle to our repair facility to look over her complaints On 3/16/we authorized replacing control arms and stabilizer links at no charge to the customer I personally explained to her that she purchased a
year old vehicle for $and she may need to put some money into it Go auto spent $for this repair I also told her that anything else would be at her expense The muffler hanger repair she was quoted $ As for the vehicle service contract that she agreed to I explained that she could cancel it at any time and it would be removed from her balanceShe was given copies of all of the documents as well If she cannot find them we would be happy to give her photo copies This consumer was brought into GO! Auto as a referral from a previous customer who was with her at the time of purchase as well We appreciate the business from this consumer and feel that GO!
