To Whom It May Concern: GO AZ Motorcycles is pleased to provide our response to the complaint filed by Mr*** *** on 2/7/15. Rather than address each of Mr***'s allegations one by one, we'll report only that we have worked tirelessly with Mr***, *** Motorcycles and the
*** office of the *** *** to address Mr***'s concernsHis statements are, at best, incomplete; at worst, they are slanderous falsehoods. Over three weeks ago, in response to Mr***'s emails and initial Revdex.com complaint, *** Motorcycles offered to replace Mr***'s motorcycle or buy him out of his loan and make him financially whole on his traand payments to dateThose offers were made by *** despite the fact that neither they, GO AZ Motorcycles nor our local competitor, *** ***, was able to identify any problem with the motorcycle (i.e., we can't replicate the heat bar issue Mr*** alleges despite numerous attempts to do so). We believe the offers tendered by *** are more than fair given that we have documentation of Mr*** posting in online *** owner forums about abusing the motorcycle, e.g., attempting to pop wheelies prior to breaking in the bikeHe's also stated in writing that he knows the motorcycle isn't overheating and verbally expressed that it "runs great." As of today's date, ***'s offers to replace or buy back the motorcycle remain on the tableIt is our profound hope that Mr*** will avail himself of one of those optionsAs for his request for a refund or settlement from GO AZ Motorcycles, we are not able to meet those demandsMr*** previously attempted to extort funds from *** Motorcycles, offering to keep the motorcycle if they paid him to do soJust as they rejected that request, so must we. GO AZ Motorcycles prides itself on providing a premier customer service experience and our inability to meet this customer's ever-changing demands has been an exhaustiveWe continue to hope that he will accept one of the offers from *** so that this matter can be put to rest. Response to complaint #[redacted]: This customer has received the desired resolution, namely we have offered to pay for a second free replacement seat for him.  GO AZ provided this customer a free replacement BMW heated seat and installed it at no charge in 2015.  The customer returned...

to our dealership in January 2017 stating that the seat was no longer working.  At that point he had been riding on the replacement seat for two years and over 11,831 miles (this is considered high mileage usage for a motorcycle).  In January 2017 we ran full testing on the seat and related connections to the motorcycle.  Our BMW certified technicians found that the seat and related connections to the motorcycle were working exactly to the specifications of BMW.  The tests would have shown a problem with the harness and/or wiring, if there was such a problem.  The seat heated to 81 degrees while idling and it will increase in heat as the speed of the motorcycle increases.  The customer returned nearly another year later, in December 2017, to make the same claim that the seat had failed.  We offered to run testing again and he refused to have the seat tested.  We referred him to BMW of North America.  BMW of North America also asked to have the seat tested before taking any action.  In response, this customer filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General, and the Revdex.com, that we know of so far.  He refuses to have the seat tested.  Despite having no tests or other proof showing that the seat failed a second time, we have now offered to pay for a second replacement seat as a goodwill gesture to resolve this customer’s complaints.Mr. [redacted] received the same level of service without the rider to his extended warranty (to cover the seat) that he would have received with the additional rider.  There is no connection between his warranty, or lack thereof, and the service and good will extended to him by GO AZ.  At the time he filed this complaint with Revdex.com his extended warranty had expired
