Hello [redacted] I'm [redacted] case ID XXXXXXX. I'm happy with the settlement of my case. They are giving back the cost of the warranty we bought. That's fine, but they're asking us to drive all the way to merrillville because they know we don't live there. It seems unnecessary to me. How do I accept/decline the settlement properly???
