She had our reservation # [redacted] for a shared ride pick up on 9/5/for 7:18pm arrival at Logan airport going to Waltham Her flight arrived at 6:48pm and she texted us that she was ready to go at 7:18pm The driver was in her terminal at 7:26pmand dropped her off at 8:38pm This was a shared van service and we picked up two other passengers at two separate terminals after her We left the airport at 7:49pm and made a stop at the [redacted] Hotel and Park Plaza Ms [redacted] made the reservation herself on line and chose the shared ride option over other private service options The vans go through all terminals twice an hour to pick up at each terminal It just happened that she was the first person on the van and the last one to get off It took about 50min to get to Waltham after we left the airport at 7:49pm with stops in Boston We do not feel that this was a long time for a shared ride Not to mention that she left her cell phone on the van and we returned it to her the next day and did not charge her She did not feel that she should of been charged for her mistake but we did deliver her phone to her and said we apologized that she was not happy with the length of time that it took for her to get home and explained there were other options for her to get home faster.If there is anything else you need from me please let me know.Thanks***

This passenger made an online reservation for us to pick her up at the hotel.  Our driver showed up to pick her up along with another guest of the hotel.  We loaded one guest and proceeded to look for Miss [redacted].  When she made the reservation she entered her incorrect cell phone...

number so when we called to locate her we could not reach her.  The driver entered the hotel and asked the hotel staff to help us locate her and they were unable to.  After waiting several minutes the driver had to continue on to pick up other passenger on the shared van route.  When the customer called to locate her driver we explained to her that the van had already left and that we tried to locate her and were unsuccessful.  We did not have another seat available for her in the amount of time that it would take to have her make her flight on time.  We feel that we did everything that we could to try and locate the passenger and that without having the proper cell phone # we made the best attempt to try and locate her.  If required we do have the GPS reports that show  the driver at the hotel.Thanks[redacted]
